We uphold exacting standards for design and craftsmanship. Every product undergoes multiple rounds of rigorous checks. Occasionally, our products develop a minor scratch or dent — often during transportation — and don’t make the cut for us.

These imperfections are purely cosmetic. They do not affect the performance, durability, or functionality of the product in any way.

By offering The Imperfects, we reduce waste and give exceptional design a second life — at a thoughtful price, packaged with the same care and detail in our signature NOOE boxes.
