This is my second NOMA bag. I had ordered black earlier and had received a perfect piece. I ordered the second one, a burgundy for my wife after being on a waitlist for 2-3 months. But the fit and finish of burgundy left me disappointed prompting me to seek a replacement. It is predominantly due to the pronounced misalignment of the flap and the strange color of zipper lining. The golden zipper looks out of place and moreover is different from the one shown in the brand’s product pics. I hope i would be able to get a perfect replacement for a 5 star rating.

The experience of shopping at Nooe has been good. The bag is beautiful though i wanted another color which has been out of stock for some time now. The bag is handy, compact, good looking and practical. The strap could have been a bit more practical as it keeps slipping due to its narrow width and roll of buckles. Rest is all good.
